Hi, I’m Emily… soon to be a Mrs just like you, come April 2026!
If you’re wondering what kind of person I am, let me just say this: people are my jam. I’ll strike up a conversation with a stranger in line for coffee or chat with my seatmate on a flight. My perfect day usually involves coffee, playing Monopoly Deal or Phase 10, and being surrounded by people I love. I also have a soft spot for asking good questions, especially with the high school girls small group I lead at church. They truly are some of the coolest people I’ve ever met, and you’d think so too if you met them. Those youth nights are actually where I met my fiancé. Let’s be real, I was crushing first and went up to him. A couple of months later he asked me on a date, and we’ve been inseparable ever since.
So why photography? It’s something that has grown with me through every season of life. From yearbook in high school, to high school seniors, to college seniors, and now to weddings, which are my absolute favorite. Fall 2025 marked the moment I officially took the leap to become a full-time photographer, something I thank Jesus for daily because high school Emily only dreamed of this. And thankfully, I’ve come a long way since my first point-and-shoot camera.
My mission as a wedding photographer is to capture your love story in a way that is truly unique, reflecting the love Jesus has for us. As 1 Peter 1:15 says, “just as he who called you is holy, so be holy in all you do.” Holy meaning set apart, I strive to bring that same reverence and intentionality into every interaction, creating images that are distinct, meaningful, and deeply treasured.
My heart behind every image is simple. I want your photos to help you remember your wedding day, not feel like you had to perform for it, so you can be fully present and take in every moment of the legacy you are beginning. Your wedding photos are more than memories. They are a sacred reflection of your love, your commitment, and the future family you are building together. My prayer is that every image honors your story and becomes a treasured keepsake your family will cherish for generations, and it would truly be an honor to preserve that for you.
If this feels like you…
