My home base is Charlotte, North Carolina, and weddings within a 2.5-hour radius are included in my pricing. For anything beyond that, I simply ask that travel be covered, such as hotel, gas, or airfare if needed. For engagement sessions, locations within 30 miles are included, and anything beyond that will require a travel fee calculated at the current government mileage rate of 70 cents per mile. Every wedding is unique, and we’ll talk through all travel details during our initial call so everything feels clear and there are no surprises in the booking process.

I know how exciting and nerve-wracking it can be to wait for that delivery email, so I make it a priority to get your photos to you as quickly as possible. Wedding galleries are delivered on your one-month anniversary, while engagement and lifestyle sessions are delivered within two weeks. I intentionally limit the number of sessions I book each month so I can maintain the quality of your images while still offering a quick and thoughtful turnaround. And just to note, you never pay per photo. Each package includes a thoughtfully curated gallery with a specific number of images, so there are no additional costs per image.

Yes! Depending on the package you book, you’ll receive 50 to 100 sneak peek photos within 24 to 48 hours of your wedding day. They’re perfect for reliving the day, sharing with family and friends, and posting all the “we’re married!” photos while the full gallery is being lovingly prepared.

To secure your wedding date, a 20% retainer is due at the time of booking. After that, I’m happy to break up the remaining balance in a way that works best for you. The final payment is due one month before your wedding day so you can focus on the last little details and fully enjoy the weeks leading up to your big day.
